Overview: DISC profile is a leadership and personality assessment tool based on the Personality Theory of psychologist William Marston. The following version of the DISC profile was developed and validated by Dr. Tim Turner for the US Department of Justice and is provided here with permission to help you self-assess your Personality Profile as a part of your Leadership Development.
