ALL TRAINING IS CANCELED UNTIL THE END OF MARCH. EACH COURSE WILL BE EVALUATED INDIVIDUALLY TO STAY WITHIN UPDATED PRECAUTIONARY GUIDELINES.
IF YOU WERE REGISTERED FOR ANY OF THE POSTPONED COURSES, YOUR SPOT WILL BE SECURED FOR THE NEXT CLASS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL WHEN THE DATE AND LOCATION HAVE BEEN SET.
Use the Online Registration System
CATO training courses fill up fast and have lengthy waiting lists. Registering online ensures we do not over-book any of our training programs. The system closes registration when the maximum number of attendees is reached. Each attendee receives immediate confirmation when he or she is successfully registered for a course. The online registration system is immediate while invoicing can take weeks to process. By registering online you will be automatically entered onto the course roster and will receive course details via email.

Refund Policy (revised January 2020):
Attendees will receive a full refund if written cancellation is received 45 days prior to event start. A 50 % refund 44 to 31 days prior to event start. No refunds for cancellations less then 30 days prior to event start.
Qualified substitutions are accepted.
Credit towards future courses will not be accepted.
CATO is not responsible for students registering (paying out of their own pocket) before their Department approves of said training, budget issues, and/or staffing or scheduling issues. Refunds are based upon the above timelines.
